Bus Service on Route: Delhi Airport – Agra - Delhi Airport

1. General Terms-

  • Delhi International Airport Limited (“DIAL”) only provides technical platform at website https://www.newdelhiairport.in for bus booking to connect passengers intending to travel from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi (IGI Airport) to Agra, Uttar Pradesh with bus operator providing the bus services.
  • The Bus service can only be booked online through the website: https://www.newdelhiairport.in.
  • DIAL neither operates any bus nor acts as an agent of any bus operator. Bus operator is solely responsible for the services, travel experience, commitments, routes, fares, schedule, bus type, seat availability and any other details pertaining to the bus service and DIAL has no control over such information provided by the bus operator.
  • By booking Bus service, passengers agree to abide by these below Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Confirmation-

  • Online bookings can be made any time prior to the scheduled departure time of the bus subject to the availability of seats.
  • Below is detail of pick up and drop point of route-

  • Upon payment received by the bus operator, passengers will receive a confirmation email with their booking details on provided email id.
  • Passengers are advised to verify booking details as provided in the confirmation email and in case of any discrepancy noticed, passengers should cancel the booking immediately and book a new ticket with the correct information. DIAL shall not liable for any claim, losses whatsoever in nature caused due to incorrect information entered by the passenger.

3. Passenger Information

  • At the time of booking, passengers must provide accurate information, including but not limited to:
    • Full name (as per the provided photo ID proof);
    • Contact details (phone number and email id);
    • Copy of any of ID proof Pan Card, Driving License, Voter Card, Adhar Card Passport or any other photo id card issued by central or state government.
  • By providing above information, passengers consent DIAL to the collect, store, process and share provided data for service facilitation and future reference.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may result in denial of service without any liability on DIAL’s part.

4. Pricing and Charges-

  • Children aged two (2) years and above will be charged at full fare.
  • Pricing is subject to change at DIAL's sole discretion without prior notice.

5. Service Usage and No-Show Policy-

  • Passengers must report at the designated Bus Service meeting point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure.
  • Failure to report on time will result in the passenger being marked as a “No Show” and the booking will be canceled and no refund will be provided for no-shows.

6. Cancellation and Amendment Policy-

Passengers can cancel their Bus Service bookings online through the passenger’s login in the DIAL website, subject to the following charges:

24 hours before Departure 50%
48 hours before Departure 90%
72 hours before Departure 100%
  • Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment source.
  • The refund will be excluded of gateway charges and tax amount.
  • Amendments of booking are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Service Limitations and Liability-

  • DIAL is not responsible for service disruptions caused by:
    • Incorrect contact details or unavailability of the passenger.
    • External factors such as traffic delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen incidents.
    • Incomplete or inaccurate passenger information provided at the time of booking.
  • DIAL will not be responsible for any missed flights due to passenger delays or failure to comply with the meeting time.
  • DIAL shall not be liable for non-compliance and / or violation of any law including but not limited to the Motor Vehicle Act its rules, applicable regulations, guidelines or directions issued by the Central Government or relevant State Governments. The passenger agrees to take up any grievance resulting from cancellation or any deficiency in services due to any action of the enforcement agencies arising with the bus operator.
  • DIAL will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the offer by the passenger.
  • The maximum liability of DIAL in the event of any claim arising out of this offer shall not exceed the amount of transaction paid by the passenger.
  • Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

8. Force Majeure

  • DIAL shall not be liable for any failure or delay in service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, technical issues, or government regulations.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
