Delhi Airport has etched its name in aviation history by becoming the first airport in India to connect with 150 destinations worldwide. This landmark achievement solidifies its reputation as a global aviation hub and the premier gateway for international and domestic travellers.

The 150th connection was established with the launch of Thai AirAsia X’s direct flights between Delhi and Bangkok-Don Mueang (DMK), starting with a bi-weekly frequency and set to increase to four flights per week by mid-January 2025. Operated using Airbus A330 aircraft, this new route expands connectivity options for both business and leisure travellers.
